Open it straight from the email. It asks for your date of birth, then takes you to your pre-consultation form or your prescription. You do not need to sign in first.
Who runs this service
Together Health is an online prescribing service for adults in England, run by AT Health Ltd (company number 14519140, registered office 1 Beamont Crescent, Woodford, Stockport SK7 1NX).
Your medicines are dispensed and supplied by Wilmslow Pharmacy, 2 Summerfields Village Centre, Dean Row Road, Wilmslow SK9 2TA, a pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (registration 1029878) and owned by AT Health Ltd. Superintendent Pharmacist: Ahmed Al-Liabi.
